At The UGG Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new boots or slippers aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your UGG products in their original branded shoebox, then secure them inside a sturdy mailing bag or shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
